Star City StrongFest

Star City StrongFest is a free, family-friendly festival that brings strength, wellness and community together in a fun, old-school carnival atmosphere. Kids can jump in, try challenges, play and explore, while adults connect with local fitness, health and wellness organizations in a hands-on way.

At the center of it all is the annual Star City Strongman competition – a strength sport where athletes lift, carry and move heavy, awkward objects. It’s exciting to see these feats of strength in action!

The event supports the work of the Star City Strong Foundation, a local nonprofit focused on removing barriers to strength sports and active communities, supporting the people who make those spaces possible and building real-world evidence connecting strength training and mental wellness.
