Rising Grace Baking is a small-batch sourdough microbakery committed to using regionally grown, freshly milled grains. Every loaf is handcrafted with slow fermentation, intentional ingredients, and a deep respect for where our food comes from.

We partner with local mills and farmers to bring you bread that’s nourishing, flavorful, and rooted in our community. Our sourdough process focuses on long fermentation for better digestion, richer taste, and a naturally beautiful rise.

Each week, we offer porch pickups in South Roanoke, making it easy to bring home fresh, naturally leavened bread straight from the source.
